1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a small town, our logistics partners work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (where available)
  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of the product.

Note: Handcrafted items are made with care, so slight delays can occur during peak seasons or festivals.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Free shipping is offered on select orders over a certain amount (check website offers).

4. Packaging

Each item is carefully packed to protect against damage during transit.

• Fragile or delicate items are packed with extra cushioning.

• For gifting, we also provide gift wrapping options (select at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

• You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website for real-time updates.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Inspect your package upon delivery.

• We will assist with replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Jain Handicrafts ships within India only. We are planning international delivery options in the future.
