4.1 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customized items are non-returnable.

4.2 How do I request a return or replacement?

Email akeshjain09@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.

4.3 How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

4.4 Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. Contact support for instructions.

4.5 Are custom-made items eligible for return?

No. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.
